February 16th, 2009I’ve been on the acai berry plan for almost a week, and I feel constipated?

I started taking the acai berry pill on Monday the 10th, and it’s now Friday and I think I’ve only had maybe 2 bowel movements the whole week. I thought this “wonder” pill was supposed to clean out your colon, not plug it up. Has anybody else had a similar problem? I’m really trying to lose a couple of pounds, but this doesn’t seem to be working for me.
