December 13th, 2009how do I get my money back from an Acai Berry pill purchase?
ropo_lito asked:
I made a purchase back in June and ever since then, I have been getting charged about $80 every month. I have already contacted their customer service department and was told that I would be getting my money back, yet; I haven’t received anything. It seems to me that I am a victim of fraud. Could someone help me regarding this matter? I want to seek a lawyer to press charges against this funny company. Please help, I would really appreciate it.

File a report with your credit card company. Once they start getting charged back they’ll stop charging.

I actually had the SAME problem with them. But i nipped the problem right away. You need to call your bank and tell them what’s going on.
Luckily for me everyone knows me at my bank and they understood and took care of it right away.
And from now on, if you give any of your information away, make sure there’s a lock symbol at the top bar near your search space. and research what you’re going into. Sometimes it’s good to google something and see if it’s a scam.
Good luck to you!!

You actually believed the spammers who told you that you could lose weight with those magical berries from the Amazon rainforest?
People who do business with spammers are the reason why I keep getting spam. If nobody bought stuff from spammers, then they’d stop spamming.
You should call your credit card company and tell them the story. They might be able to resolve it for you, but if not, you’ve learned an expensive lesson about dealing with shady characters selling snake oil on the Internet.
