Anna hi
First of all, treat anything that promises “lbs melting off” with a very big pinch of salt. Outrageous claims like 10, 15 or 20 pounds lost in a couple of weeks are what start to give an exceptional natural nutrient source a bad name.
Accelerated weight loss is not necessarily a good thing. A progressive reduction of body weight is what you should be looking at. Slow and steady will give you the best chance of keeping the excess weight from coming right back.
I’ve been using Acai extracts for more years than I care to remember. Ever since the days when anything remotely exotic was treated as an “eccentrics” fad.
The truth of the matter is Acai berries contain a whole spectrum of beneficial compounds. Fatty Acids, Amino Acids, Fiber, Phytosterols, Anthocyanins. All these can have a positive effect on your weight loss, and, more importantly, your weight management. It’s not that difficult to lose a few pounds here and there. It’s keeping them off that poses the biggest challenge.
A good quality Acai weight loss supplement can boost your overall weight loss efforts and works very well for weight management.
Make sure to select a product made from freeze dried Acai pulp extract. Freeze dried because the berries start to spoil quite quickly after being picked and pulp, because the seeds of the berry are virtually worthless. Acai berries are 20% pulp and 80% seed. Also it’s important to know how much Acai extract is in the product. A minimum of 30mg is needed. The best products will have 40 or even 50mg, so make sure to check the ingredient lists on any product you look at.
I’ve added a couple of links below you might find interesting.
Hope this helps

I’ve been using acai berry products for a couple of months now and I’ve noticed that yes they do work. I used them when I wanted to trim off about 13lbs. It helped to curb those mid afternoon urges.

Acai berries are a relatively newly discovered berry from South America that has some amazing characteristics. The acai berry is really high in anti-oxidants and really helps people loose weight . There are lots of health advantages to acai berries, but they must be frozen right after harvest to make sure they retain thier maximum potency. One of the most populat brands of acai suppliments is acai berry supreme. Many talk show hosts have done profiles on the health benefits of acai.

Yes I lost 14 pounds in around 6 weeks with acai berry capsules. They give me more energy so that I can exercise more. Also you do need to watch what you eat they are not miracles. But I feel great taking them and I will carry on. I paid upfront for mine which is quite expensive but got 6 bottles for the normal price of 4 but the free trials you have to give your credit card number and then they make their money by you either forgetting to cancel or by not answerng the phone for you to cancel so beware of this. I worked it out to $0.65 per day for mine so I don’t feel so bad you get what you pay for always! Free trials are not usually so free
